We ship orders Monday through Wednesday using UPS. Since our soup is frozen, all shipments will be shipped to arrive via UPS Ground or Two-Day. Since shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend, we are unable to deliver your package on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or a UPS holiday.
STANDARD NO-RUSH SHIPPING
Since our products are made in small batches with local ingredients – it takes time! If you select our Standard No-Rush Shipping, you save $5 and you give us the gift of time to produce more soup. We will ship out your order within 10 business days or less.
IN A RUSH? EXPEDITE!
To fill these time-sensitive orders, we keep a special reserve. All expedited orders received by Noon CST Monday through Wednesday will be processed and shipped the same day. Expedited orders received on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Any order received after Noon CST may not be shipped same day (although we try). We encourage you to read our shipping policies or call us if you have questions.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We pack soup in an insulated box with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put soup in the freezer to keep frozen or refrigerator to start thawing. Use gloves when handling dry ice.
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
UPS is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your frozen soup will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts. If your package is a gift, please check that the recipient will be in town on the day it will arrive.
Wisconsin Soup Company cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day. We are unable to ship outside of the United States.
All orders include a packing slip with no pricing information. All notes on the order will be printed on the packing slip.
